Stuff I received was okay but there wasn’t any length mentioned on the necklace page and customer service will not shorten the chain and pretty much said good luck you won’t be able to shorten it either to which I did shorten it. Without it being adjusted the necklace goes well below my belly button when I thought this was going to be near my collar bone.
