I’ve recently received the rings and had to send them back due to me having the wrong size. I’ve sent both rings back for a refund and haven’t heard anything from them. It’s going on a month now. Nice looking product but I’m not happy with it at all and I’m out of $150.00

Really amazing and very attractive product, but the size number 7 was small, and I couldn't wear it until this moment.
I tried to return the exchange to you, but the American brokerage refused that, and I found companies to return the product, but its cost is very high.
I am very sad not to utilize this product, and have stopped purchasing any other products you have due to the sizes.

The items arrived with a considerable delay.
I was charged with €27.70 for customs fee proably because the value of the items was clearly shown in the docket as well as the brand so the customs office of Ireland charged me with the above amount.
I know it was not strictly responsibility of Zorrata but to get customers in Europe (like me), you should ship items in anonimous packing and with a lower value indicate; or at least inform - previously - a customer that customs fees may change the final price. I wouldn't have bought the ring, if I had known that it cost me more than € 90 (101 $ circa).

I had ordered a two rings from Zorrata. Unfortunately the sizing did not line up with the size guide. When I emailed them to start an exchange for a smaller size, there was no response. First Email Sent October 16, second sent October 22. It is no nearing the "30 Day Exchange" policy and I have not received a response back or an RMA.
