Ordered products that were/are in stock Jan 1 2020 and still haven’t received and it’s now January 24th. Order shows as fulfilled on Zorrata site but when following the shipping status link for mail it shows label created awaiting package. Zero response to 5 emails to customer service........ may just cancel order and get funds back at this point. Pretty disappointing as the products look nice online just not good follow through from company after payment
