Received item and decided to return it. Followed all the guidelines Zorrata ask when returning products. Got confirmation email that the item had been received by them. This was over 2.5 weeks ago now and still waiting for my refund.
I have emailed them multiple times and haven’t had a reply.
I even got my wife to email them at the same time as me pretending to enquire about a product just to see if she’d get a reply and she got a very helpful email from them yet they didn’t reply to me about my refund.
Definitely won’t be using again and I’m still waiting to get my money back.

Hi, i ordered a silver lion stack and i recieved it in gold color instead of silver. As it was meant as a birthday gift, there was not enough time to inform or do a exchange with your company.
It was a great disappointment and lousy experience dealing with your company for the first time and i would strongly recommend my friends not to purchase any of your products in future.

The quality and weight of these bracelets are outstanding. The packaging sells the product just as great that the product itself does.
I had noticed that after I ordered one of the bracelets that I ordered gold instead of silver. Emailed them that night and explained my mistake and they emailed me back in the morning to report that they did make the changes that I hoping they would do.
Delivery was priority and quick.
The only thing I had to double check as to how I should clean/maintain the product.
Keep up the good work and uptodates on styles and colors.
