Actually, I have a bad experience due to their customer service like no response on Instagram and Facebook. I had to move from 18k gold to two tone gold ring. I just got my ring yesterday. The good's quality is awesome. But I think they need to improve their customer service and stocking.

I placed an order since Jan 18, 2021. Today is Mar 18 and I haven’t received the item yet. Emailled them, they said check tracking number with canada post, but the tracking number is invalid. Everytime I emailed them, I had to wait for a week or more to have an answer.

The delivery took a moment, a little over a month. But this was planned for so I ordered early. The ring is a tiny bit big and there is no time to order another one since delivery takes so long. But I am super happy with the ring itself, it is beautiful.

Awful. I told zorrata to please change the address of my purchase as I filled the last one with auto checkout.
They dont seem to care.
More than 10 emails sent asking them for instructions to find my ring.
They send back a ubication link in wich theres no info.
They told me they would call or text me when the ring was in usps.
Nothing.
I asked for my money back as I had espended it for nothing.
They didnt give a damn.
They have my money.
I have no ring.

I contacted you directly into help me look in to tracking this and the response was "sorry you haven't received this yet, I'll forward this to our team" and I've heard nothing since! 4 days ago I asked again for an update with absolutely no response. Is this really the way you want to do business? You actually had the nerve to ask me for a review on a product I haven't even received! Honestly, if the product is as bad as your customer service, I don't have high hopes.

Order shows as fulfilled on Zorrata site but when following the shipping status link for mail it shows label created awaiting package. Zero response to 5 emails to customer service........ may just cancel order and get funds back at this point. Pretty disappointing as the products look nice online just not good follow through from company after payment

The blue Lion bracelet was of good quality but I feel the extendable band could be of a sturdier material and the beads were slightly small.
Overall, I cannot fault the quality, styling and price of my purchase. Very impressed.

I purchased a gold lion head for my husband to wear on his gold chain years ago. I was happy to find jewelry with Lion heads here at Zoratta. I’d prefer solid gold, but gold plated will do. Couldn’t afford a solid gold ring this size though. Nice piece. Works best on middle finger because it’s large.
