As of today, 45 days have passed since ordering 2 products from Zorrata and I still have not received anything or any email explaining such long delays. In this 45 day span of time I could have ordered a car online and still got it delivered faster than 2 bracelets

I received my shipment and I found the ring as you see in the pictures The ring is scratched and the stone is not in place and I contacted your support by email and they said that your specialist will check the picture and then they will contact me and that was from December 13th until today no one answered me as you see in the emails every two or three I trying to contact your customer service by email but there’s no response.
Until today I didn’t wear the ring so How long will I wait for a response from them?!

Second the bracelet with three lions are too small, you can’t even tell they are lions, it looks girly.
