Very beautiful, very strong watch

This watch is absolutely useless and I am out of pocket for something that is has become a matle piece decoration. The bracelet on this watch has either been constructed in a way that simply can't be fastened over the wrist, or mine is defective. I reached out to Zorrata for assistance with the bracelet and they have ignored me. I would like a refund on this as it is absolutely useless and I would warn others from not purchasing this as this has either been designed completely wrong, or I have received a faulty product and Zorrata is not responding.
